We invite you to join our next MPLS SDN interop test event integrating new technologies and testing the latest innovations.
We invite you to join our next MPLS SDN interop test event integrating new technologies and testing the latest innovations.
During the testing event, participating vendors got the opportunity to validate their individual solutions' market readiness and explore multi-vendor interoperability. EANTC contributes to developing automated test methods and conducts joint interoperability tests together with strong project partners aligned with the European and global testing initiatives of the O-RAN ALLIANCE and Telecom Infra Project.
We invited all interested vendors to join our Multi-Vendor MPLS SDN Interoperability Test focusing on 5G transport (slicing, edge computing), data center networking for cloud environment, integration of multiple transport domains (WAN, data center), microwave and packet network synchronization. One part of the event focused purely on NETCONF and transport network-specific YANG models.
The EANTC team is looking forward to head to Barcelona to meet clients and partners. If you would like to see us as well in order to discuss our latest test initiatives and how you can benefit from EANTC, please get in touch. We are happy to schedule a meeting. Or just come along at booth #7B81 for a chat.
We invited all interested vendors to join our Multi-Vendor MPLS SDN Interoperability Test focusing on 5G transport (slicing, edge computing), data center networking for cloud environment, integration of multiple transport domains (WAN, data center), microwave and packet network synchronization.
EANTC is proud to release detailed results of our second NETCONF/ YANG multi-vendor interoperability testing campaign. Cisco, Ciena, IP Infusion, and Nokia participated in the in-depth tests in April 2021, thoroughly verifying the readiness of their orchestrator/controller and router solutions to interoperate with each other using NETCONF as the management protocol and standardized YANG models.
Together with 27 participating vendors, our team planned, executed, and documented multi-vendor interoperability tests of O-RAN solutions on behalf of host operators Deutsche Telekom and Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM). The Plugfest, jointly organized by the O-RAN Alliance (O-RAN) and the Facebook-led Telecom Infra Project (TIP), was the first European multi-vendor initiative to support the development of interoperable 5G OpenRAN solutions.
EANTC invited network equipment vendors to participate in our interop event focused purely on NETCONF and transport network-specific YANG models. This event differed from our annual SDN interop events in the springtime and investigated only the management plane. The testing took place from November 16-20, 2020.
As each year, the program will benefit from many operators and enterprises testimonies. They will address their development focal points and the future evolution of their services. Experts will underline the maturity challenge of SD-WAN and what are the pain points. Slides of the tutorial are available on request.
EANTC invited all interested vendors to join our public multi-vendor MPLS SDN interoperability test 2020. To address the constantly changing requirements in the industry we propose to integrate new technologies with the SDN-based packet transport network, such as 400GE, 60GHz Microwave, and optical/packet based network orchestration.
EANTC participated in a live showcase at the Broadband World Forum on October 15-17 in Amsterdam, covering the Cloud CloudCO (Central Office) architecture and the open-source Broadband Access Abstraction (OB-BAA). The first test campaign of the Open Broadband Lab Europe, hosted by EANTC, will take the findings of the showcase into account and will be scheduled in Q4/2019.
The SD-WAN Summit brings together the SD-WAN industry: manufacturers, service providers and enterprises. The 2019 agenda sessions will address the principal technology challenges with a special focus on AI and Machine Learning, automation, orchestration, and security. Carsten Rossenhövel will give a comprehensive insight into SD-WAN in a two-hour tutorial, introducing challenges and opportunities for service providers and enterprises. Slides of the tutorial are available on request.
The showcase exhibits a tangible, lab-validated multi-vendor network demonstrating the latest advances in IP/MPLS, Software Defined Networks (SDN), microwave and mobile network clock synchronization. All results were presented live in April featuring an enlarged booth size for 2019.
The EANTC team is looking forward to head to Barcelona to meet clients and partners. If you would like to see us as well in order to discuss our latest test initiatives and how you can benefit from EANTC, please get in touch. We are happy to schedule an appointment. Or just come along at stand 7L51 for a coffee and chat.
Join EANTC and Microsemi for our presentation "Ticking Together: The Importance of Interoperability Testing in Clock Synchronization" on November 7. More than 170 professionals are expected for the largest specialist time and sync conference in the world, taking place in Bucharest November 5-8, 2018.
EANTC will be back at the event with Carsten Rossenhövel delivering a follow-up tutorial to his 2017 presentation. He will discuss where SD-WAN stands today as well as giving an overview of our recent tests in this area. The summit is held September 26-28 in Paris and is the leading gathering for stakeholders in this technology.
The New IP Agency (NIA) and EANTC headed to Austin, Texas to beat the drum for the NIA's NFV Interoperability Certification Program. It addresses the current lack of interoperability between network functions virtualization (NFV) software from different vendors. If you missed talking to us, just drop us an E-mail to learn more.
2018 will see the 20th edition of the conference with more than 1,500+ expected participants. It will continue to reflect the major trends in the networking industry by bringing together leading experts and companies. And once again EANTC’s multi-vendor interoperability showcase will be in the middle of it all.

Our two-hour tutorial covered the range of technology features and quality assurance methods from an independent lab's point of view. Amongst others, we looked into SD-WAN challenges and how to avoid implementation pitfalls. Upperside's second SD-WAN Summit took place in Paris with more than 280 participants.
The New IP Agency (NIA) and EANTC invited NFV vendors to participate in the next campaign of groundbreaking NFV evaluations. We examined interoperability between Management and Orchestration (MANO) functions and the Virtual Infrastructure Management (VIM). The test was combined with a live showcase at BCE, May 15-17.
Segment Routing, MPLS Ethernet VPNs & VXLAN, SDN in the WAN and Clock Synchronization are some of the focus aspects of our Paris showcase. As always, all interested vendors were invited to join and test the interoperability of their solutions during two weeks of hot-staging in Berlin.
Carsten Rossenhövel, Managing Director, and our team on-site are looking forward to discuss our latest test results and consultancy ranges with you. Visit EANTC at our booth or set-up an appointment in advance. See you in Barcelona!
Meet EANTC at Layer123's conference in the Hague where we will demo live examples of our most recent SDN and NFV tests. NFVi to VNF, MANO and service provider implementations will be a main focus. If you would like schedule an appointment on site with our team, please feel free to get in touch or just stop by at our booth.
EANTC's evaluation during one week of hot staging focused on service chaining plus additional features. The results were presented live at Light Reading's BCE, May 24-25 in Austin, TX. EANTC, together with participating vendors, run live demos as well as published a detailed white paper that is available online.
Together with participating vendors, we will exhibit a tangible, lab-validated network showcasing the latest advances in MPLS, software defined wide area networks and mobile network clock synchronization. Successful results will be published in a white paper that will be distributed at the congress as well as being available online.
EANTC hosted a live demonstration at IIR's event June 23-26, 2015 in Nice, France. Together with Cisco, we presented latest optical results that were collected in their lab in Italy. Download the white paper in order to learn more about the testing and findings. EANTC will return in 2016 to present latest results again.
Interop London was designed for IT and technology professionals looking to source solutions, products and thought leadership around operational efficiency, project management, new and emerging tech and managing teams. For the first time EANTC attended the event with an own booth.
Together with the NFV & SDN Summit and the V6 World Congress taking place simultaneously, we presented the results to about 1,400 delegates (March 17-20). The showcase was a tangible demonstration based on lab-validated tests of the latest advances in MPLS, Carrier SDN and IPv6.
