  • Broadband Forum

    Broadband Forum is a non-profit industry organization focusing on engineering smarter and faster broadband networks. EANTC is a co-editor of Cloud Central Office (CloudCO) test plan Working Text 412 in the NFV-SDN work area at the Broadband Forum. EANTC is an approved Open Broadband Lab for the European region, a go-to lab for service providers and vendors for testing broadband central office NFV and SDN implementation according to the Broadband Forum's CloudCO architecture.

    NetSecOPEN is a network security industry group where network security vendors, tool vendors, labs and enterprises collaborate to create open and transparent testing standards. EANTC together with NetSecOPEN creates a suite of Test Standards that can be used for the evaluation and/or certification of network security products, provides guidelines and best practices for testing modern network security infrastructure, and guidance to the interpretation of results as well as oversees the creation and updating of standards, and the evaluation testing by network security product vendors against the standards.

Our standards enable the technologies on which business and society rely. For example, our standards for GSM™, DECT™, Smart Cards and electronic signatures have helped to revolutionize modern life all over the world.
