The next i14y Summit will occur in Berlin on September 12th. EANTC, a consortium member of the i14y Lab project, will present our project results. In a joint presentation with Deutsche Telekom and BISDN, Carsten Rossenhoevel will speak about the automated, efficient, and reproducible O-RAN end-to-end testing processes we have created.

We are excited to announce the release of a compilation of in-depth educational videos covering recent interoperability testing at EANTC. Together with presenters from 14 leading vendors, we have prepared nearly four hours of content. Each video highlights innovations and multi-vendor interop advancements. We will release the content gradually over the following weeks.

We had a blast at the CampusOS Plugfest at the Fraunhofer Science Tech Space from October 23-27!

CampusOS aims to consolidate an overview of the different technical components used to realize open and modular 5G CampusNetworks.

The i14y Lab consortium invited all vendors of Open RAN-related solutions and platforms to the upcoming O-RAN Global Plugfest Fall 2023. The testing in Berlin was closely aligned with other European PlugFest hosts, and with Telecom Infra Project (TIP) activities.

Carsten delivered a keynote speech on EANTC’s test strategies for autonomous networks and announced the completion of the first independent AN test in the IP Domain, evaluating the Huawei SRv6 solution.

Carsten joined a podcast with Michel Geensen, Customer CTO at Nomios Netherlands discussing sustainability in networking and IT.
