EANTC performed tests and evaluated the embedded router performance while deploying different numbers of cores to demonstrate switching and routing functions. Ekinops developed the virtualization solution OneOS6-LIM (Local Infrastructure Manager) that comes with an embedded OneE600 router including both Layer 2 and 3 functions. The OneE600 demonstrated solid performance and versatility, making it a reliable solution for Service Providers addressing small to medium-sized offices within a combined routing and virtualization solution.
