EANTC Transport & Cloud Networks Interop Test 2026
The EANTC Transport & Cloud Networks Interop Test 2026, held in collaboration with Upperside World Congress, previously named “MPLS World Congress”. The testing occurred in Berlin from January 26 to February 6, 2026.
EANTC is proud to welcome 12 leading industry vendors: Arista, Calnex Solutions, Ciena, Cisco Systems, Ericsson, HPE, Keysight, Microchip, Nokia, Raisecom, Ribbon, and ZTE that participated in comprehensive interoperability testing across key technical areas.
We jointly covered key technology domains including Segment Routing (SR-MPLS and SRv6) with Flex-Algo and bi-directional policies, EVPN services over SRv6 and SR-MPLS, as well as advanced Orchestration and Automation scenarios such as data center overlay automation. Additional focus areas included Time Synchronization with real-time telemetry, PTP over DWDM, secure time synchronization using MACsec, end-to-end Network Slicing, and Ethernet-based transport optimized for AI and HPC workloads. And this year, Use Case Tests were implemented across different technical test areas, including SR-MPLS/SRv6 interworking, time synchronization, and automated management and assurance for EVPN.
The scale and depth of this year’s testing reflect the industry’s strong commitment to interoperability and innovation. In total, 92 test cases were executed across six test areas. The setup integrated 133 devices, generating an impressive 1,839 test results. This extensive validation effort ensures transparent, reproducible insights into real-world multi-vendor deployments.
The test results will be published and presented live at the Paris Congress from March 24 to 26, 2026. EANTC’s showcase is a well-established event that benefits vendors and provides a unique ecosystem for fostering collaboration and innovation in the most advanced network scenarios.
