The Multi-Vendor MPLS & SDN Interoperability Test Event 2025 will cover multi-vendor interoperability of transport network services for cloud data centers and fixed and mobile networks.

Multi-Vendor MPLS & SDN Interoperability Test Event 2025

The MPLS & SDN Interoperability Test Event 2025 has concluded, along with the MPLS & SRv6 AI Net World Congress in Paris, which took place from March 25 to 27, 2025!

Over the course of three weeks, the hot staging was conducted at EANTC AG, where  12 vendors – Arista, Arrcus, Calnex, Ciena, Ericsson, H3C, Huawei, Juniper, Keysight, Microchip, Nokia, and Ribbon – collaborated with more than 75 engineers, both on-site and remote. Together, they brought all vendor hardware for comprehensive validation, testing the interoperability and integration of 123 devices across 82 different test cases.

MWC Barcelona 2025 is the world's largest and most influential connectivity event, taking place in Barcelona from March 3 to 6, 2025. This year’s theme, "Converge. Connect. Create.", highlights the intersection of technology, people, and innovation, shaping the future of industries and society.

EANTC will be actively participating, contributing to key discussions on network testing, interoperability, and innovation in the telecom industry.

Huawei NetEngine 8000 X-Series Router With 19.2T Line Processing Unit (LPU) Performance, Advanced Functionality and Security Feature Test

EANTC independently evaluated the performance, service scalability, and energy efficiency of the new Huawei 19.2 Terabit/s line card for the NetEngine 8000 X-series routers. We found that the 19.2T line card lives up to the expectations of its name – it supports a staggering 19.2 Terabit/second line rate throughput across its high-density configuration with 36x 400GigabitEthernet ports and 6x 800GigabitEthernet ports. It takes less than 2,200 Watt electrical energy while running at full load across all ports.
